Our story

The company’s founder, Suvad Velagic, first decided to become self-employed in the transport of soils and construction materials in 2011, starting out as a sole proprietor with just one semi-trailer truck.

With a clear vision, tireless dedication, and strong commitment to his clients and his profession, he succeeded within a very short time in expanding his fleet and establishing a solid reputation and strong foothold among various disposal companies, landfills, and recycling facilities throughout the Rhine-Main region.

The sole proprietorship quickly became a reliable partner for many customers. Through personal commitment and close relationships with his employees, Suvad Velagic built a healthy, successful, and growing company.

With the founding of BB Velagic GmbH in 2016, the company’s portfolio expanded. In addition to the transport sector, earthworks and excavation services were added — skills that Suvad Velagic had already learned as a young man in his family business in his home country.

Since then, the company has grown steadily and today employs a total of 100 people.

When the founder’s two daughters took over the management of the family business in 2023, the company’s values and traditions were preserved while new impulses were introduced at the same time.

Today, the two daughters, Aida Vugdalic and Azra Jurisic, are at the head of the company and continue to lead it successfully with their father’s motivation and passion. Their fresh ideas and modern approach are reflected in the continued development of the company’s projects and its steady growth.
